"Very Good"

The view of Lions Rock is great. Nice location away from the main road. Beautifully set within a nice garden around rice fields. Pool was a nice addition. Really nice veranda, perfect to chill with a cold beer. Staff were very nice. Good choice of breakfast in the restaurant.

Unfortunately it wasn't very clean.

"Sehr schöne Location in einzigartiget Lage, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen."

Die Lage in mitten von Reisfeldern und mit dem Blick auf den Löwenfelsen Sigiriya. Die Architektur der Location und das Zimmer mit Terrasse.

Es sollte mehr Fokus auf die Maintenance gelegt werden, da die Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen ist. Umso wichtiger wäre eine regelmäßige Reinigung z.B. der Terrasse(n) und Möbel.

The stay was exactly what we expected. The price was good. Food was AMAZING and the staff were lovely. Location was perfect for exploring everything in Sigaria. The little added ‘extras’ like the tiny frogs that would come up in the bathroom plug after having a shower made it that little bit more memorable. The kids loved it and found it funny. I would stay again and would recommend it. Rooms are a bit basic but like I say it was exactly what we expected.

Just the fact the rooms were a tiny bit basic.

"Tranquilidad y buenas vistas en Sigiriya."

Es un sitio apartado de la calle principal, pero no está lejos. Irradia paz y tranquilidad. Es una maravilla tener buenas vistas desde la terraza del restaurante y tener acceso a la piscina. Andando, a pocos minutos, pasando por una zona local super bonita, hay un lago por donde pasear.

El colchón era peor de lo esperado.

Das war die schönste Unterkunft in Sri Lanka für uns! Mitten im Grünen konnten wir so viele Tiere beobachten! Kleine Äffchen, große Vögel.. Es war wirklich toll! Der Pool liegt super schön etwas abseits von der Anlage im Grünen. Das Personal war super nett und wir durften sogar um 16 Uhr auschecken, weil wir dann erst zurück zum Flughafen mussten. Das Frühstück und die Säfte waren sehr lecker. Ein toller Ort um runter zu kommen und trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum.

Alles war super!
