Poseidon of Paros

The hotel was very nice. It was the nicest hotel during our 2 weeks in Greece. It was nice to be away from the towns and all of the hustle and bustle. The two pools were great and the view and ambiance from the breakfast area was beautiful. Their were a few restaurant options along the beach that you could walk to that were good. The beach has nice golden sand and was beautiful. Breakfast was pretty bland but think that has more to do with how Europeans eat. It was a large buffet and well stocked. I just wish they cooked the eggs and bacon more.

Wonderfully helpful staff. Superb location next to lovely beach. Quiet and gorgeous. Go here to heal from your busy everday. Only minor drawback: if you do not have a car, transport from the hotel ( which is really a resort!) needs to be arranged in advance. It costs about 25 Euros to get back to the ferry port. To arrive, Public bus will drop you nearby, then call the hotel for a pickup. But the bus schedule is rather loose! Don't count on its timing. The transport issue is certainly not the fault of this marvelous hotel, though!

Everything in this hotel was perfect. Rooms, service, restaurant, etc. Very close to on of the nicest beach in Paros. Just one negative aspect: the Spa. Don't even think about trying it...

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is if you do not have a car and are taking the bus it is a far walk with luggage From the hotel to the bus stop.

Our first time in Paros, the service in the hotel was exceptional, our room was spotlessly, spacious and all the staff were very nice and kind, I want to thank ALL the staff for been so kind with me., My mother passed away when my husband and I were there and Really went out of there way..............thank you only one thing PLEASE DO SOMETHING with the breakfast is very poor !!!!!!! This is by far one of the best hotels I've ever been in (and I've been to many). The rooms and bathrooms are huge and in excellent condition. Our first thought when we arrived was that we won't have to explore the island anymore because we had found the nicest place! :) Everything is very clean, and the hotel property is just beautiful. It is right next to the ocean on a cliff, less than 10 meters from the water. By feet, you will be at the golden beach in about two minutes. By car you can reach any point of the island in less than 30 minutes. The pool is really big and the view just astonishing - you can see several other islands from there. The only slight downside of the hotel was the food in the hotel restaurant, which was fresh, but not as tasty as it could be (an exception is the breakfast, which is good), but that doesn't really matter, as there is an excellent restaurant nearby and the two neighbouring towns host great restaurants as well. We will definitely go there again!
