Apartamentos grandes y espaciosos. Bien equipados.

Nuestra habitación por completo colonizada por hormigas, toda la noche quitando hormigas de las cosas de los niños. No pudimos avisar a recepción porque la propuesta hubiera sido cambiar de apartamento pero con dos niños pequeños dormidos a las 3-4 de la mañana era inviable. Cuando lo comunico en recepción la única solución es devolverme 20€ del parking (que se agradece pero insuficiente). No pudimos bañar a los niños porque la ducha estaba llena de hormigas y no paraban de salir, practicamente inutilizable el baño, hormigas en cama, salon…Me comenta la recepcionista que ya habian empezado a fumigar pero si hay apartamentos sin fumigar no deberian alojar a personas y menos con niños.

Salle de bain vétuste, personnel pas très attentif, équipement hôtel non disponible ou peu qualitatif (fitness, wellness, piscine, bar, etc).

Spacious.

There was no hot water. The first thing that should be provided in an accommodation. There was no shower jel and shampoo. There was no foot towel. Car parking is ok when you get in. There are elevators going up to rooms directly which is very convenient. But when you get out of car parking They’re expecting you to bring room card back to the reception. You have to park the car somewhere and run back to reception to give that room card. A very simple recommendation: Instead, hotel management can simply put a ‘room cards return box’ in the garage. So guests won’t even need to get out of the car and leave their rooms’ cards in it. Even the room was paid in advance and our younger daughter was sleeping in her mom’s arms receptionist didn’t even bother herself to give room key quickly. No empathy. On top of that it was the longest check in as the receptionist asked us to fill out many forms manually.

Las instalaciones del hotel y el desayuno son realmente excelentes pero lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal. 100% recomendable!!!
