Bed and pillows were comfortable, I love the location, it was quiet, and it feels like a safe area. The staff is always accomodating and helpful.

My room was a little dirty, and some surfaces had sticky residue on them. I used my own sanitizing wipes and it took about 10 minutes to clean myself, which i would have done anyway
