Masters inn gave me a refund for the second night because I complained that that the room was to dirty. They said booking would have to process the refund. I never received it. And it is so hard to get in contact with booking. You just go through prompt after prompt of AI. So basically booking. Com kept my money

Room had roaches. Room was smelly and the floor smelled like it was mopped with dirty water l. They were nice enough to give me a refund. Booking never returned my money
