"Good price but horrible staff."

I liked nothing

The lady at front desk had no sympathy and a nasty attitude. They put me in a room where the heat didn’t work. Spent all morning with the staff trying to fix it so I got no rest. Water wouldn’t get hot. The room had no microwave and refrigerator but I had 4 kids with me including a baby that I needed to warm bottles for fleeing domestic violence. They were trying to charge me for that. Smh just horrible!
