Elevators dirty reaps of marijuana everywhere. My bed, my bath linens were taken and not replaced, had to go downstairs. And only receive one towel. No wash cloths said they didn't have access to the cabinet. So I left today early piece of s***.

"CHARGED ME TWICE !!"

They canceled my stay before I could check in. So I go to the front office and ask if any rooms are available I only stayed because my father was in the hospital icu and it was an emergency. They had a room I payed, only to find out they still charged me for the room they canceled!! Their bank is “ reviewing “ my refund request. GOING ON 2 WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE OR REFUND !!
