Muy bonitas instalaciones, todo muy limpio y bien arreglado con el frío que hacía se agradece mucho el agua caliente y que nos apoyaron con una colcha extra, también la comida incluida del desayuno estaba muy buena.

Lamentablemente tuvimos un inconveniente conforme al pago hablamos tanto con Booking como el Hotel y uno le hecha la culpa al otro yo solicite pagar directamente en el establecimiento a lo cual el hotel cobro días antes de la fecha que reservamos. El cargo fue hecho directamente por el hotel no por Booking se platico al respecto del tema en el Hotel con la chica recepcionista el dia del check in un poco grosera solo se limito a decir que lo checaramos con Booking que con ellos no era y que ellos no se hacen responsables al contrario de cuando me contacte con Booking la atención fue totalmente diferente y me comentaron que los pagos los checa directamente el hotel, que si se hace algún cargo solo debería ser parcial al costo de la noche a lo cual no sucedió así realizaron el compro completo y días antes. Ese fue uno de los mayores inconvenientes que tuvimos, tambien que no tenía elevador el Hotel y mi esposo le costó subir varios pisos porque anda lastimado de un pie y la actitud de la recepcionista que nos atendió ese día.
