"Muchas escaleras y no hay elevador"

El desayuno y ubicación

Nos tocó en el tercer piso y no tiene elevador, y si se suma las escaleras desde el estacionamiento , se vuelve subir como si fueran 5 pisos y con maletas se volvió muy pesado, no tienen personal asignado para apoyo con maletas.

La ubicación es excelente, camas super cómodas, el desayuno continental que incluía muy basto y rico

La habitación era para 4 personas, solo había un agua de cortesía el primer día, no volvieron a poner más, había cafetera que por cierto estaba sucia desde que llegamos nunca la limpiaron y nunca hubo café, solo había un jabón pequeño y al segundo día solicitamos otro con recelo nos lo dieron, el hotel esta bien, en general el personal amable pero muy austeros para proporcionar cosas básicas.

El único personal que fue amable fue el de limpieza los demás muy déspotas y groseros

No me gustó nada del hotel empezando por la tv que no funcionaba y cuando fui a cambiar el control el personal muy groseros no me dieron control para el aire acondicionado la secadora no servía los insumos de higiene muy deficientes aparte las camas son muy pequeñas e incómodas la vdd por ese precio mejor hubiese hospedado en un Airbnb aparte el personal de recepción de todos los turno muy déspotas tanto asi que mi tarjeta para ingresar se descargo y la fui a cambiar y lejos de todo la recepcionistas una persona ya mayor fue muy grosera y si no le falte al respeto es por que es una persona ya mayor pero quede muy decepcionada de este hotel no lo recomendaría para nada aparte su desayuno muy pobre y solo es para dos personas cuando la reserva es para cuatro y muy feo pesimo pesimo todo con ganas de poner mi queja en la profeco por que nada de lo que ofrecen es lo que dan pesimo horrible hotel pondré mi queja en la profeco
