The room was clean the first day but we had to call for towels the second day. There was 3 restaurants and they rotated so i was thankful there were restaurants across the street. They need to step up their game.

VIP benefit I don't know what that is. I did not get it. Easy to get from registration desk to the room elevator. Valet at no charge (maybe this was VIP not sure) but they were good. Not crowded

hotel was under renovation, did not know. Also, housekeeping forgot to show and when they did, never vacuumed.... other then that it was ok - Bingo room was great - food that was available was great.

"Not my kinda place"

The pros: clean, bed comfortable, free parking, good Cobb salad and service at Briggs, decent Chinese food, free Tesla charging. Otherwise, outdated, smoky, over-chilled. Under construction. Rubbery cheese on the omelet.
