No doona covers in room. Balcony floor dirty. As my son had a medical issue in the foyer, there was no further check in during my stay.

The views were amazing and the breakfast was amazing

We had ants all over the kitchen bench and the room was dusty especially behind the tv. Never been wiped over.

At $270 per night I expected a certain standard. No slippers, no robes, no toothpaste, no toothbrushes, and laundry access only between 8am and 8pm — after which you’re required to ask staff, who make you feel like an inconvenience for doing so. For this level of service, $70 a night would be more appropriate. Disappointing.
