I like the care to detail. Host very kind and diligent . The food was exceptional. Great Sazon, cultural, variety and presentation. The private beach and lunch . A unique view, while watching and drinking. Pool clean and warm Mrs. Arroyo

I think the personnel were being overwhelmed, under paid, but kind and very presentable, clean, and always being very servant.

The beach club is nice and the driver from the transportation to the beach club is very attentive. Most of the staff is helpful. The rooms are very clean. Free parking. There are many good people working here and very friendly. Very nice beach at the Beach Club.

I would start saying that I want to give the place 8 points, because the staff is amazing, but comparing it to other stays in the region I felt it was under these. The location of the hotel is not amazing. I feel that without a car you are really stuck to the hotel facilities. Tha A/C in the room is kind of old and noisy. They make you put a bracelet, so that THEY can identify who is a guest and what type of guest, so by wearing it, we are doing them a favor, but it was a very low quality bracelet and it got loose and I lost it, they wanted me to pay 25$ for me to replace it, which I found hilarious and rejected and finally gave it to me for free. Obviously! So I felt that they were trying just to get money for any reason. I think for the price, the value of stay is not worth it. When I booked it at that price point, I was expecting better quality of stay. The dining at the main site is very low quality and expensive. In such hot weather locations, you would expect to have a mini fridge in the room, which there isn't. Ventilation in the bathroom is very bad.

The room was very clean, service was great, food was good. The beach club was very good with a pool and great lunch availability. The ocean at the beach club is not swimmable due to permanent red flags for rip tide. We had a great time.

Excellent location right in Santa Cruz. Huatulco is very safe. Hotel has separate beach club. Smaller boutique type hotel close to everything. Food was fine no a la cartes just buffet but they create lots of variety. Not your typical all inclusive . Sort of like a boutique hotel with free drinks and food. If you think of it like that . We like it . Not a five star hotel but didn’t claim to be either. Like a 3 star at home. It was clean, the staff were attentive and very helpful
