The room was good, clean, and comfortable.

Nobody offered to help me with my luggage.

Jazz the bellman greeted us and brought us up to our room and was fantastic at sharing how everything worked. Later when we discovered our safe had low battery and wouldn’t lock. Jazz was our go to person and he called it in to get it fix. He made our experience better! Thank him for us.

Phone didn’t work in room. Safe battery was low and had to get that addressed. Room seemed dusty.

Corner King suite – shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body of ocean, shower and tub, cotton swabs, cotton balls, makeup remover, shower, cap, hairdryer, plenty of towel bars in bathroom, robes and slippers, mini safe, in room, coffee maker, mini fridge, iron and board, in room, recycle, pen, and paper pad. Room is quiet only rare siren from outside. Some corridor noise in the sitting room but bedroom is really quiet.. Reasonably well lit. Plenty of light from the windows in the daytime. Moderate sized Fitness gym 3 peloton bikes 2 recumbent bikes 1 regular stationary bike, 5 treadmills, 2 steppers, 3 ellipticals, weight machine circuit, free weights, yoga mats; no pool. 4 block walk from the light rail station a couple blocks from convention center, ~ 8 blocks from Pike place market and ~ 10 blocks from waterfront

Very well located hotel. Good standard of decor. Rooms good size, especially the bathroom which was massive. Staff efficient, friendly, helpful and professional.

The room size including the hallway and especially the large bathroom. The bath salts and other amenities were most appreciated. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel room decor (f.e. walls, furniture and curtains) gives a bit darker 90’s vibe. It’s well maintained but could use some brightening up imo.

We were so impressed about everything with our stay. Staff was amazing, room was amazing, loved the spa/gym area, bed super comfortable, great price for our stay. Will definitely be staying here any time we come to Seattle.
