being in a room with the TV does not work will not be refund or not give me a new one and then you can come to it right away please I want to refund

Staff could have been more polite they were very rude and racial towards my family

The breakfast was good and convenient.

The smell of weed around the rooms. My first room was full of the smell of weed but I had no issue switching to a different room. Staff was quickly accommodated

Beds were comfy

I was placed next to the freeway and other residents that apparently lived there.

The location is close to the freeway, there’s Chevron next to it and with free breakfast.

The place looks run down and needs updating, based on the row where I stayed. Light bulbs were missing in the bedside lamps, ripped blinds, floor was filthy. Floor looks clean, no debris or anything visible. There was gritty stuff by the doorway and when I spilled something on the floor and wiped it… OMG the paper towel I used turned BLACK due to the floor not being mopped overtime! Gross!

Property was clean. Room was nice and clean and updated. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice.

Worker super noisy even though the mgr put us upstairs we could still hear them being loud. Because of the area we Felt a little unsafe.

Everything cleaned

I would like to have it a little bit cheaper so I can go more often
