Scottish Inns & Suites - North Hershey

Upon arrival no one at desk was to call a number which no one answered. As we waited two other guest arrived. Finally a employee came we check in and went to room to find a dirty room. The room had not been cleaned from previous guest. Think I was very pleased I don't think so.

Staff was friendly

Bedding was stained , I slept on top of the covers. The building is old so I didn't expect much but there is no excuse for stained sheets. If you can't wash the stains out then it's time to toss them.

Customer service...rudeness...nothing clean... was there a week and housekeeping never showed up...room had bugs...stuff in room broken had to fix myself....we had to clean the room ourself....asked for clean towels and got an attitude from old lady at desk

It was not clean in any aspect. The halls, room and outside area were filthy and garbage all around. The room did not have a working smoke detector or thermostat. Just the wires hanging out of the wall which is very dangerous. We immediately left and went to a cleaner, better hotel. The staff was also very rude when we told her we were leaving.
