Lousy in-room coffee. The downstairs coffee ran out before 9.

Convenient, clean, friendly staff. Could have more room amenities for longer staying guests. Only had 1 drinking glass, no pizza cutter, limited silverware

I would stay here again. I do recommend softer beds

Lovely facility. Particularly liked the swimming pool! Some trash was left in the room and mgmt removed immediately and apologized and comped us the parking fee!!would stay again but the amenities were overkill if only staying for one night. Plan to stay longer .

What a difference a year makes. The last time I stayed here I really appreciated its location, room and dog friendly environment. This time I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. The floor was not clean, there was dirty laundry left on the floor and the bathroom needs a good cleaning. There was one glass and very few kitchen amenities. Even though the hotel was nearly empty when we arrived, the selection of rooms they offered was extremely limited. The reason at the desk was that manager closed off certain rooms. The people at the counter were kind and the hot breakfast was appreciated but nothing beats cleanliness at a hotel.

Love the room and amenities, staff was excellent

The property was convenient to our venue. I was impressed to see housekeeping wiping the doors and trim on the exterior of the room. There are some areas in the building that due need a spruce up, but overall a great place to stay.

The breakfast was good; location was good; and the fitness center was good.

The person at the front desk, a young gentleman did not know what he was doing. He could not find our reservation- it was prepaid; he told us to swipe our card twice upon arriving which resulted in erroneous charge he couldn’t explain. (We had to wait until the manager arrived the next morning), he assigned us a first floor room and verbally told us to go to the elevators and take them to floor four. We had to clarify with another person. The room was out dated but the bathroom along the tile was simply dirty. A quick wash with a washcloth would fix the problem. Also the rooms were not bright enough, we had to use our phone for lighting.
