Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa South

Breakfast was good. Elevator is scary. It is still moving when the doors open to get on.

Not enough towels. The fold out sofa bed had no bedding whatsoever.

Very clean. Location was perfect. Staff very pleasant.

We never received toilet paper after asking for it on 2 separate occasions. We would be told there was not any at the moment and housekeeping would bring it by but we did not receive it. We did not have a coffee pot in our room was told housekeeping would bring it up but did not receive it either.

I was there for 5 days, staff was friendly, breakfast was what you expect. But, not having internet the whole time I was there was very frustrating. I checked twice a day being told they were working on it. My last day I was told there was a part of some kind they were waiting for? In this day and age that just doesn’t seem right!

The elevator was in a bad shape. I prepaid my booking, and upon check-in, in I was charged again for the room as opposed to a damage deposit. I reached out for a refund and the staffs were ill-mannered!! I expect better from Hotel staffs, especially when you don't know who is on the other side of the phone.

Our room was excellent it was clean and quiet we enjoy our stay tremendously. It was almost like being at home we could cook relax watch TV entertain. ( W/out everyone having to sit on the floor or the bed like hotel room.... Lol)
