Not nice

Traveling with pets, was pet friendly but didn’t feel that way at check in. Charged $15.00 extra for second pet and then counseled pets not allowed on bed. Towels and linens clean but had stains and feeling my pets cleaner than bedding stains. Homeless person sleeping outside in yard and check out not available at 7:30, left room key card left room.

There was a gas station near.

Unsafe area, dirty looking, staff was not very helpful. When I came to check in, staff put a note on the door saying they were not in the office that day.

Rooms were great

The gentleman who checked us in was rude when he found out we had dogs with us. He was overly concerned about damage. He pulled up pictures on his phone to show dog damage from a previous stay. Our dogs were tiny chihuahuas and caused no damage. Never cancelled the dog fee when I checked out after the room was inspected by the morning staff. I won’t stay there again

I have Never been sooo disappointed and upset with a hotel franchise as I am with This one. They have no compassion or empathy for Anyone. I highly recommend to NOT book here. Crazy thing is, I was hacked and booked for 2 rooms and can’t get a dime of my money back.

Gould have been cleaner, only two bath towels and three smaller ones, rooms need updating and sheets were dingey

It was clean just need to up date the rooms a little bit that all and get a washer and dryer for customers so that can wash there clothes.

I didn't like the fact that the room smell like smoke when we got there but that all it need just a lil update on those room so people can feel comfortable with stay there and they need a coffee room for there facilities but it was a great stay i really appreciate everything for our stay
