Residence Inn Tampa Downtown

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast had variety and quality. Would come back if I decide to come back on vacation to Tampa.

The staff is what made our trip. They are son willing to help with any concerns and always with a smile!

Great location. Can walk to anything you might need. Affordable parking in garage across street. Good breakfast included. Room had no amenities. One bar soap only. Cleanliness was ok. Not bad but could be better for sure. No ironing board but has iron. No sheets for pull out bed. Pull out bed very uncomfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Could use a little tlc in the room maintenance and cleaning. Would stay again but will look elsewhere first.

The staff was amazing at the check in desk… Katina customer service was top notch… The rooms were outdated The hotel would be very nice if it was renovated with updated furniture and appliances .. Other than that the bed was comfortable and room was clean.. So busy with family stuff had no time to check out the amenities.. So I can’t rate then..

Era una habitación amplia, con 2 piezas y 2 baños, por lo que fue súper cómodo para un grupo de 4 personas. Nos daba los espacios necesarios para no estar apretados, para no estar esperando eternamente los baños pensando que éramos 4 mujeres.

no hay nada que pueda decir. En general estuvo todo agradable. Las personas de recepción bastante amable, el espacio de la recepción no era grande, pero normal. La ubicación normal si te movías en uber, que fue lo que hicimos nosotras.

The bed was uncomfortable. The couch was broken. Bathroom was yellow cause of stains and out dated. They never came and cleaned the room we had to ask. They ran out of towels. The ac vent was hitting the bed and your face when sleeping. You could not change direction of vent. Had to shove a towel in there. I tried to iron my clothes and there was rust and water in there. It came out and ruined my white linen pants. I told the hotel and they said. I can give you another iron.... nothing about my destroyed pants. Breakfast was microwaved bacon. Some of the staff was super nice and had good energy.
