Florence Express Inn

Nothing was good about it, but I will say the staff was friendly. The police sit on site all night.

No breakfast or coffee available. The cafe/bar was closed. The people that are staying there were rude by walking past the rooms with their music as loud as possible. People letting their car alarms go off for over 5 minutes.

When I arrived room was dirty and there was Rubber burning in the back parkinglot. Cloud of black smoke and all you could smell was burning rubber I went straight back to the counter and said I'm not staying they told me couldn't get a refund bc I booked online. Still trying to get my money back. We drove another hour to another hotel

A lot of broken items: toilet seat, damaged fueniture, old Pillows, burned bed cover, no blanket, old towels very used, Roaches in room…

Mattresses outside on the ground. No pool. Very sketchy saw people walking around with guns in their pants.

Det føltes skittent og utrygt. Tynn dør og gardiner som slapp inn mye lys. Støy fra andre beboere, veldig lydt. Vi kommer garantert ikke tilbake. Anbefaler det ikke til andre.

The smell of marijuana all around the property. Suspicious people walking around the property. Opened the door to my room and a discusting worn out dirty couch. Discusting bedding. Looked like someone has been living there. Immediately walked out and went back to lobby and spoke to girl at check in counter. Requested a refund and that I would not stay there. She told me contact booking.com app that I used to reserve to room and request a refund and that she would confirm I didn't stay. I did all that. Never got my refund and the hotel never responded to the the cancellation refund request. I even messaged the property again to follow up and got no response.
