They have very clean room

They have bugs in inside room like roaches. You can smell weed in areas and coming for other room

Did not have the time to have breakfast.

All was good.

Nothing

Booked a king room and was given 2 queen beds instead. Bugs, refusal to give a refund when we checked in and checked out all within 20 minutes. The room was not clean. Bathtub faucet had a continuous drip. Dresser was missing a drawer. "Art" on wall had sharpie writing on it as well as one of the headboards. I would have just left this alone if I had been given the refund I was told I would receive by 2 separate employees, but that didnt happen. We ended up sleeping in our car in the Bucees parking lot.

The room was nasty and cockroaches

Then cleanliness the roaches and that I could not sleep because of this I am seeking a refund from them haven't heard anything

Enjoyed Sat night karaoke & lounge

Only thing I liked was the website pictures. When you see it in person it's totally different.

The dirty sheets, my room door that l could barely close.

I rent the juzzi rooms ..everything in them rooms are good,but since i started renting regular rooms,they need to be clean better an bug spray constantly..
