Sleep Inn Saint Charles North

The room was comfortable. The shower was a bit wonky to turn on but we figured it out eventually. Beds were comfortable. The location was a bit noisy until traffic died down.

This hotel is rather worn and shows it. I almost stayed here previously and opted to find a different location. This time I booked before I showed up so stuck it out. In the end I was still able to get the rest I needed and it was convenient for something else part of my trip.

It was fine

Needs work. Needs new carpets. A little fresh paint. Some work on some walls & doors.

very dirty, strained sheets, spots on the wall looks like old blood, carpets stained, not enough towels, pool had weird bubbles and a film, stained curtains. now I realize what the cheaper price was for, however dirty is unacceptable! I was scared to try breakfast!

It was a great stay we only stayed for 1 night, it was clean didn't see any bugs. I have no issues with carper, but wife hates rooms with carpet, she was fine with this carpet becauseshe said it looked clean!! Newtown throwdown location was only 2 miles away and that was was a convenience.. will stay next year for event again!! Easy check in no hassles!! Appreciate you guys !!

This property was disgusting. The bedding had not been changed. It was stained and full of rips and tears. When we asked foe replacement beddingbit was also stained and torn. Finally the 3rd set was sort of clean. The flooring was horrible and the walls had stains and grease in them. Overall this is a twrrible hotel that I will never stay at again.

Arrived to wet, smelly pee sheets. Hotel staff told me to collect them and carry them down to the lobby and then exchanged my sheets with other stained sheets. When asking about any possible refund they told us to leave immediately and contact Expedia for the possibility of a refund. 0-10 customer service and disgusting.

No hot water in room at all!!!!! Ran it for 15 minutes....was leaving anyway. Flipped switch when entered room.......nothing happened....had to use flashlight to get in. Bed was very soft and comfy. Room very quiet and close to places to eat and shop.
