Sleep Inn Saint Charles North

The floors were so gross my kids feet turned black after 1 night, the extra security lock on my door was busted off, I was given 2 towels for 4 people and when asking for more towels was asked to give the ones I had back (explained we didnt even have enough for us all to shower), pool was closed due to maintenance (wasn't told until signing agreement at checkout) the pool was the whole reason I picked the hotel and was told no refunds, whole building had a horrible smell, another paying customer was complaining about something in their room and staff was ARGUING with the customer

The staff was very helpful and nice

The advertising about the property was not correct. The indoor pool and the outdoor pool was out of water when asked about it they said he needed a pump. All the exit doors had signs on it stating we could not go through. It felt like I was being watched. It wasn’t very very very clean and I’m not expecting white glove clean, but it was not clean at all. It did not feel family friendly.
