Sleep Inn Saint Charles North

The property was dirty from the front entrance to the filters in the air-conditioning unit. The sheets had stains on them and some sickening sweet smell to them. I did call choice hotels with my complaints will never stay there again! Cleaned filters myself.

Bed covers dirty, there was not trash can in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper holder it was on the floor Gum on the table when we walked in . While checking in I was told a $50 deposit would be applied after looking 100 out of my account not acceptable. The hotel has not answered there phone I’ve called up to 15 times

This is the 2nd dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in…. And I’ve stayed in Juarez.

I always have a really wonderful stay at this location! The staff are just AMAZING! They truly make you feel warm at home! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Stains on all linens, took forever for showers to get warm, very dated motel, breakfast was not good

This hotel is worn out. They have updated some things but the carpet is worn and dirty. The toilet paper holder was partially missing and various other things. Breakfast is abysmal. Sausage was cold and choices are minimal. It was convenient for my direction and that is about it. If the price of the holiday inn had been lower I would have stayed there.

Absolutely disgusting condition of this hotel made me leave as soon as I signed in. Mold, roaches and more. The front door was off the hinges, it was 85 degrees throughout the building and the rooms. Disgusting place never stay here

No hot water in room when i told the desk the guy died speak English and just kept shrugging. The next morning at check out i told the woman working who spoke English a bit and was told i should have let the water run or 10 to 15 mins. We left the room completely clean other then the beds not being made. I still haven't got my 100 dollar deposit returned. We i called them once again no one there could speak English.

The check In process was good, no troubles but our room had a burnt out bulb at the switch closest to the door so it was hard to find the other light options in the dark. The shower stall was definitely not clean, black debris around where the door hinges. The shower water took an inordinate amount of time to heat, like five full minutes. The heat/air/fan system is antiquated and noisy. The in room fridge was loud as well and the shelves had rust on them, however it was functional. The towels were fine but oddly for a hotel, different colours and textures. The AM breakfast was very basic but the waffles made my daughter happy. I was kind of skeeved out that rather than empty either garbage can in the breakfast area, a piece of cardboard was placed over the opening; it was definitely smelling like old garbage so perhaps it’d been there for more than one night. The front desk clerk was the same at check in and out and he was very friendly and able to answer any questions I had about the 100$ deposit required for rooms booked through a third party.
