The pool was ok but the hotel was horrible

It was very unprofessional, the staff was rude! It’s a “non smoking establishment” but the hotel rooms smell like smoke

Convenience, pool, free breakfast

Lots of remodeling during the day, lots of people in the halls at night one night people were screaming at 4am not pleasant when kids are trying to sleep, no protein options with breakfast. Kids said pool water was very cold so not heated. Rooms are ok beds comfy but need some updates no hooks go hang towels up after use and more detail to cleaning like the shower and floors.

"Bad experience I ever had with a hotel. Don't stay there."

Nothing. The hotel has a bad smell as soon as you walk in the lobby, someone was burning something to mask the smell. The room also has a bad smell and it's was nasty in appearance.

Nothing. There was no one in the lobby to check me in person, it was virtual. I didn't feel safe as a 69 year old disabled veteran, I tried to cancel my stay but apparently I couldn't.
