Sleep Inn & Suites Green Bay South

Well located. We had a reservation for 2 people from the 8th until the 10th…..and another one for 4 PEOPLE, from the 10th until the 20th and they forced us to switch from one room to another, knowing that the second room was smaller than the first one. They don not care if we were four or two people on the room.

We checked in, but did not stay there. We checked back out and went to a different hotel. We looked at the mattresses and there were bugs in between the mattresses. When we first checked in the lady at the front desk was rude. She stayed on the phone talking to someone the whole time and didn’t really speak to us. When we went to check out after finding bugs between the mattresses, the lady that checked us out was very nice and helpful. She called her boss to talk to him about getting us a refund since we did not want to stay in a bed with bugs. We are working on getting a refund, which we have not got a response back yet.

Overall it was very good. There were a lot of sports groups, so it was a little noisy with big kids running around. However, it was very clean and that is much appreciated! Breakfast was also good!

Rooms were big enough for a family of 5. Breakfast was good each morning.

The hotel is nice and clean. We visited our family in the area, and my elderly mom preferred to stay for two nights in the hotel rather than in the house with everyone. We didn't regret it. She said that she didn't have any problems with the sound either. Breakfast was very fresh and exceeded expectations.

The room was large, but not as clean as we would have liked. Hair in the shower. Shower water never got hot, just warm. The breakfast had a very "I dont care how this tastes" vibe. We showed up at 8 am and the eggs were out, the sausage was all burnt to leather, and the coffee was light brown hot water. The waffle batter was watery and weird. Lots of options, but none of them were fit to eat. Couple nights earlier we stayed at a Comfort Inn and Suites and had NONE of these issues. Similar price. Just lower standards here

We were on the third floor and elevator was broke. Second night of a two night stay out door cards didn’t work so we had to go back three floors to get them programmed again.

Front Desk attendants where not very personable or accommodating.
