Toilet had an issue Making noise all night long

Not much.

No vending machines front staff were not the friendliest. When I called to see the prices, they quoted me different prices and damage deposits when I went to the front desk. They charge me $50 because I used some towels and face cloths. A little bit of dirt got on them from being on the dirty floor after I used them and he said they were stained and couldn’t be used again.

Hello, From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed with Mr. Abhi Front desk Staff. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere. My room was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay. we especially appreciated the small thoughtful touches that made me feel at home. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and comfort. Hassan

The location was good. The TV worked and had cable. The fridge and coffee maker were clean and ready to use.

The biggest complaint here is that the clerk said our room number out loud in mixed company. If my wife had been traveling alone, this would have put her at risk. Your clerk should not say the room number out loud for your client's safety. Instead, point to the number on the card slip like every other hotel/motel does.
