Owners were very friendly and personable. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Our room was super clean and very comforting and the beds were amazing. Breakfast is not so great so make sure you have other options planned, we ended up sick the one morning we ate breakfast. There was also a power outage one night there and the phone line was down all night and no one thought to check in. But overall a great stay.

Nice low budget hotel. Nice pool and patio area. Very friendly staff!

I was tired, but we still enjoyed the stay very much. RT at the desk was awesome!

We enjoyed the back patio, the view was beautiful,we sat out and listened to the animals for a couple of hours. It felt so nice and relaxing.. The room was so nice and it smelled good. The owners are very nice people. Will definitely come back.

The owners of this motel are amazing, very friendly and will answer any questions you may home. The rooms are very clean and bug free. We love staying here.

Rooms were clean with towels and sheets that smelled clean. TV had great selection of channels. Pool was chilly but available. It was quiet at night and completely safe. There are woods on the back side and a small deer was walking through.

A simple, affordable, no frills place to stay in Eureka Springs that's a quick drive from nearly anything you want to do there.

Owner was unfriendly at check in and when the power went out due to storm no updates were given and no one checked on guests, they locked the office and were nowhere to be found

have to say this place was surprisely nice. it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very big. the part we did not care for was the pool was not open yet. the breakfast did not look that good but you could make your own waffles. the workers were very nice.
