Realice una reservacion por Internet a las 12 am, la cual pague de forma inmediata con mi tarjeta, al llegar al hotel en la recepción me comunican que debía hacer el chech-in hasta las 10 de la mañana, sin embargo pregunte si era posible cancelar la reservacion, a lo cual me notificaron que si era posible, tomo otra habitación ya que venía manejando por muchas horas y me encontraba muy cansado, realizo nuevamente el pago de la otra habitación y me dispongo a descansar, al realizar el check out, pregunto nuevamente por mi dinero a lo cual me contesta el personal de la recepción; que sera devuelto en los dias posteriores, algo que nunca fue asi. Por tal motivo No recomiendo este hotel, por deshonesto y abusadores, Ladrones.

The staff housekeeper and front desk

The Red roof Inn Was Not very Pleasant. I had to Switch Rooms 3 times in order to get a decent room . Still wasn’t satisfied. Every room I went in there was something wrong with it . Rooms had weird smells , dirty blankets and floors were not mopped . Bathrooms had a urine smell , and the towels were still dirty . Customer service was not very good . They need to Really update this Hotel . I would not recommend to anyone .
