Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Viestittely meni sujuvasti, kun piti vaihtaa yöpymispäivää ja muuta säätöä. Erityisruokavalio allergiselle otettiin hyvin huomioon aamupalalla, kun aiemmin oltiin ilmoitettu.
