What I liked was how booking.com is fooling their customers with misleading images, and promoting the hotel. Thanks to google where they revealed all the images and how disgusting this hotel is. Reviews were soooo bad, was too scared of the reviews, the images in the booking.com was completely fake and misleading, didn't expect Booking.com does this fake hotel images, hiding secrets from customers.

The way, the managements treated thru calls, no active response and solution given, didn't checkin, as the reviews were scary, had to like call multiple times talking to booking.com and the hotel repeatedly.
