Had to get a new room after settling into our first one due to no Wifi service and TV not getting all channels. Someone was sent to room to fix it but could not ....had to call front desk again to get them to change our room. Poor communication with staff

Good beds. Hot water. Coffee was awful. Limited breakfast bar indicated in the ad I saw ( pastries etc). No breakfast bar at all. I would have paid more to stay somewhere better. Don’t appreciate the $100.00 extra deposit. Windym Hotels should reconsider putting their name on this old motel.

We were charged 600 a night for a 134.00 room because of the Ruder Cup Golf tournament and the room was dirty and the walkway to the second level unwanted and rickety and dangerous. They also made it unrefundable and didn’t tell me. NEvER stay here!! Horrible.

I was in town for the Ryder Cup and asked about an early check in since I arrived at 11:45. Guy checking me in said it would be $75. I agreed and handed him my card but he said it is cash only, the computer wouldn’t allow him to do it. I was expensing the trip and explained I had to use a card but he insisted cash was the only option.
