Im from Colorado so the humidity was uncomfortable the first day in room

Close to SeaWorld, good price and comfy room.

AC was bit noisy and parking was quite packed, had to do some magic to park in compact spaces as bigger spaces were all taken. I noticed there was a second lot on our last day though - so it might have been OK.

It was clean

Came back to my room one day and there was somebody in my room supposed to be maintenance had no business in my room when I kept on asking him about it he started being rude and yelling very bad experience with the staff would not recommend this hotel at all in a very very bad area

Around 12:00 last night, hotel security banged hard on our door. My family and I already slept at that time, we all felt scared, being seriously disturbed and unable to sleep. We called to the front desk, he said it was his mistake that he mistook the room number. I believe it was a careless mistake which should never been happened. Next morning, our key locked when we got out of the room for breakfast. It was very inconvenient and annoying. Further more, the bathroom kept making loud noises.
