Extremely disappointing. The cleanliness is nonexistent, there are bad odors, the air conditioning is noisy and doesn’t work properly. There were insects inside the room and even on the bed. I feel like I wasted my money. I definitely do not recommend this place

The staff when checked in was very nice and friendly, and helpful!

The lights weren't plugged in I had to find outlets and plug them in myself! No floor bath mat in bathroom had to use a towel! TV remote didn't work! On second floor and not close to any doors

I paid over $200 for two nights and this hotel was awful. My room was absolutely filthy. FILTHY. I also felt really unsafe. I left immediately and went to another hotel. Don’t stay here.
