Poorly maintained facility outside and inside Breakfast choices were all high carb-high in added sugar foods and low in protein Not even milk to mix with instant oatmeal Need microwave safe bowls

The motel is in desperate need of an update.The carpets are stained and they felt damp. There appears to be mold growing behind the beds. Rain gutters are cracked and leaking. Property is unkempt.

Friendly & helpful staff. Room clean and well furnished. I'm a wild horse photographer spent and most of my time at McCullough Peaks and Beartooth Inn was perfect location I'll be booking another stay in later September

Would have been nice if hot tub was working but that didn't detract from the stay at all.

The late check-in process was smooth and the staff member who called during our drive to make sure we were safe and still arriving was very kind and thoughtful. The location was convenient for our visit, and the room initially appeared clean.

Unfortunately, our experience went downhill after check-in. The room had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including stained bedding, a stained hand towel, questionable stains on the stool, a broken electrical outlet cover, nail holes in the walls, and a shower that stopped draining. There was also a misunderstanding about replacing the bedspread because English is my second language, and I mistakenly referred to it as "sheets," which I took responsibility for. The biggest disappointment, however, was how management handled my private feedback. I called only to make them aware of the issues, not to ask for compensation, but the property manager came to our room, pounded loudly on the door, woke our child, and confronted me in an aggressive and intimidating manner. Although the conversation eventually calmed down, no guest should feel uncomfortable or intimidated for respectfully providing feedback. That interaction overshadowed the entire stay.

The location and the front lake and the deer coming up at night and it was off the highway .

No elevator , laundry room was down and no swimming.

Liked Everything. It would be nice to come in the door from your car. Instead of it being exit only.

Really liked this comfortable accommodation. The Reception staff were welcoming and friendly and the rooms were large and cosy. We had 2 queen beds. The wifi worked ok and the shower was powerful enough. A fridge and microwave were in the room. There was a breakfast provided of oatmeal, snack bars, sandwich wraps, donuts, etc. The price was very good. There was an ice machine. The hotel was a short drive away from restaurants, shops and Walmart. Would stay again!

The property was dated, but not a negative for us, as we love these older inn properties in the U.S.

The staff was Great. Plenty of parking. Lots near by
