Staff was very friendly, easy check in

Pool area was very dirty with hair and dirt everywhere, hot tub was broken. Our room had rust in the shower and tile peeling off the bathroom wall

"Disappointing"

Room was dirty. The couch has dried stains on it, it was not a comfortable couch. The bed was springy, squeaky and there was dried white stains on the metal frame. The carpet between the bed and the nightstand was filthy.

"Couldn’t leave fast enough."

Bedding was heavily stained and had crusty debris on it. Shower head was calcified and moldy. Hot tub under maintenance. Pillows were worn.

"Good"

Our room didn’t get cleaned, had to ask for towels and other things for the room since it wasn’t cleaned. The pool was awful because of the chlorine smell and it burned our eyes just sitting there watches kids swimming and gave us a really bad headache. The staff was very polite.
