Best Western West Greenwich Inn

This was my second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend!!!

Staff was wonderful, facility (outside of the room) and breakfast.

The room smelled musty and the ac didn’t work very well so the humidity made everything seem damp.

The Staff mainly the Wonderful front desk, he was very kind and thoughtful. Make sure we were very well taken care of and even gave my son extra coins for the arcade games. All facilities pool, jacuzzi, are in working order and clean ,and a delicious hot breakfast.

Booked this for an overnight trip. The location was in close proximity to our destination and was easy to get off of, right off the highway. The foyer has been updated and is very modern and clean. The front desk staff at check in and out were both very helpful and kind. The room had a very musky, dank smell. The windows don’t open so we couldn’t even air it out. One of the beds was so saggy it was uncomfortable, the hotel doesn’t offer cots so we asked for an extra blanket to sleep on the floor. The blankets had dirt marks on them. And when we asked for extra washcloths (they only provided 2 sets of towels despite booking for 4 people), we were told they didn’t have any extra washcloths. We used the pool and jacuzzi for a bit. The kids enjoyed the pool but the jacuzzi was luke warm. The included breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold items.

Felt like a second home! Staff was amazing and very accomodating! Made our Rhode Island trip care-free! Will definitely be back and stay here again!

The front desk attendant, Shaker, had phenomenal customer service skills and ensured that our needs were taken care of.

It was clean for the value it had. Some towels did have weird yellow spots on them.

It was a fine stay for our 4th of July weekend. The breakfast was very good, options! Kathy was amazing and very helpful. Good location. The pool being open to 11pm was awesome. I would say the hot tub looks like it needs a good cleaning it was slimy. Also there was a bit of a smell like cigarettes maybe coming from the rug. Overall a good stay everyone was nice and helpful.

We've stayed here twice for my son's baseball tournaments in the area. It's one of our favorite hotels. It's clean, comfortable & beautifully decorated. We really enjoy the pool & hot tub after a long day in the heat. And the breakfast is fantastic! Highly recommend.

Older property being updated. Great staff and we found it inexpensive.
