Great location right next to the Central Park. Property is older but clean and all the necessary amenities are available and working. Good value

Friendly helpful host, appartment had everything we needed for a 2 perdon trip, and love close proximity to food outlwts etc at Riccarton, and having Parklands just across the road. Easy to walk to cbd.

Free shuttle from TranzAlpine Station was really useful. Multi national adapter in the room was a nice touch. The location near Hagley Park was walking distance to everything we wanted. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
