Excellent customer service. The room was clean and well-equipped. The subway and bus stops were right on the doorstep, making it very easy and convenient to get around the city. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options and everything was delicious. I also appreciated the luggage storage service after the check-out - very helpful if your flight is in the evening.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel. The breakfast offers a lot of variety and everything we tried was good. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. We had a room facing the inner courtyard, which wasn't the best view, but on the plus side, it was very quiet. I saw a lot of reviews mentioning traffic noise, and we didn't have that issue at all. We also reserved a parking space. When we arrived at the garage, someone greeted us immediately, and the whole check-in and payment process was quick and easy. The hotel is not far from the city center, and it's within walking distance of Puskas Arena, which was very convenient since we were in Budapest for a concert. The room was pretty quiet, we didn't hear anything from other rooms.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave our car key to the staff in the garage. I got the impression that the garage might have been overbooked.

Tout était parfait

Seulement la dernière nuit il y avait beaucoup de moustiques dans, peut être qu’ils ont oublié la fenêtre ouverte ouverte après le ménage
