Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Fairly good location. Several eateries close by. Front desk person upgraded us to a king bed room. Linens were clean and comfortable. Bed was just right as far as not too firm and not too soft. Nice pillows too. Large screen TV was pretty easy to use and navigate channels. Breakfast area was clean and good selection of items. AC/ heating unit wasn’t too noisy and kept the room comfortable.

The road noise from I-30 was bad!!! Possibly might be a bit quieter on the opposite side of the motel.

Cheryl was Excellent...made sure we didnt get a previous pet or smoking room because of allergies. Just got off from a 4 hotel stay trip and 3 were at other Baymonts --this was BY FAR the Best of all. Bed was Great - Breakfast had more to offer and staff very helpful.

Just wish all hotels would not use cheap toilet paper...

"Nice, but not as good as previous stays at this location"

Bed was very comfortable, but the small pillows have got to go! Shower was good, but even at 5 am, the hot water was only slightly over warm Staff was very professional and friendly.

The room had coffee, coffee maker (with loose grounds in it), but no coffee cups. Had to go to the breakfast area to get a cup. Room had lights burned out, clock did not work, and no soap (body wash) in the tub area. Was led to believe pet charge would be $15, but upon check in, it was $25. Seems excessive, but what is one to do at that point?
