"Absolutely filthy "

Absolutely horrible. Not sure how they are even still open for business. Place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. I had 6 black pubic hairs in one bed. Ran for the hills. Literally.

It was very dirty , it had roaches, bed bugs, when I requested a refund the manager refused and made me wait until 9am the next day , he didn’t care about my child safety and I was out until 3am with my child looking for another hotel . Horrible place it needs lots of improvement

This is a very dirty place. It is run down and gross. The room was dirty except for the bed. The external area did not feel safe. I would never stay here again. The breakfast area is a joke and the walls and light switches look like they haven’t been washed in 10 years years or even once. There was a nasty, sticky bug catcher hanging in the food area that looked like it was placed there ages ago. It was full of dead bugs. A really awful stay. Stay somewhere else.

There were all type of bugs and roaches in the room, in the shower, all over the room honestly. The toilet got clogged easily, it took over 2 hours to get a toilet plunger and on top of that they handed it to us instead of doing it. It was over all a terrible experience
