Room not ready 2 hours after check in time, disgusting chair in room, broken toilet handle, dirty bathroom.

I didn’t eat breakfast.

No ironing board The floor felt greasy The tub faucet was leaking The bed was squeaky & uncomfortable No tea option

One staff person that worked during the weekdays was great!!! The foreigners that worked there could hardly speak English and when we said thank you (several times) they never responded. RUDE!!!

Was out of breakfast food. Staff said it was Sunday and their truck doesnt come until Monday..Breakfast incuded is one reason we book.

Stay okay,,,,wife complained about floor not clean,,,she was right,,,simply give it the white glove or sock test…

This was the absolute worst experience ever nothing was good

I've rented the room at 10:00 at night but couldn't get there till 4:00 a.m. although my partner was already there when I rented it. They made her sit outside till I could get there at 4:00 in the morning. So we only slept from 4:00 to 9:00. When we left they illegally charged me an extra $10 a week later. The person in the office was a total b**** who didn't even talk to us. So even when I got there at 4:00 we had to stand in the lobby till 4:30 without any explanation of what was going on apparently they were having some kind of problems. The main problem is they made us sit in the parking lot for 12 hours and charge the extra I don't know why you keep on having me do this survey with absolutely the worst place in the world. I will never even go to that state again but for sure would never go to another one of those hotel chains
