I loved that is was clean, well taken care of, up to date. My favorite thing was the fresh ground coffee machine available 24/7

The only issue we had was the desk lamp wouldn’t stay on, but the plug was loose on the back of the lamp, I told the front desk and they immediately took care of it. Not a deal breaker as the rooms main light was more than enough.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We were there for five nights and have nothing but rave reviews about every aspect. The facility, parking and grounds were clean, well maintained and safe. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfasts were outstanding! The staff was friendly and helpful. If we're ever in Fairfield or Cincinnati again we'll be sure to stay there!

The staff and breakfast were great. Water pressure in the shower was lacking and the bathroom sink faucet was not provided with an aerator so the water made a huge mess when turned on.

We’ve stayed at several holiday inn express in the past two weeks and this one had a great breakfast all Gabe been good but this one better. The shower was great and very accessible and had a non slip floor. Great beds
