The room began to leak. It was raining and I called the front desk. I asked to speak to a manager. They told me the manager wasn’t there until Monday. How is this window leaking if we were on the second floor#208 room

The room was clean and awesome.

Breakfast was okay, but always cold. guests kids were heathens...I know that's not your fault. When we would come in at night, the coffee machine was out of coffee, the cucumber water (which was great when it was fresh) was out and when you made a mess trying to get something, there were no napkins or paper towels to clean up after yourself...and nobody around except other guests.
