Staff friendly and helpful the hotel pleasing too food very good my quiet room request was lovely room 2 thankyou

My rooms cleanliness sadly let my stay down bin unemptied in bedroom the bathroom towels not all clean and there was only 1half used toilet roll left for my stay so upsetting sadly

Excellent service from the staff. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended if you're flying out of East Midland Airport. Not necessarily a posh hotel but ideal for an overnight.
