las havitaciones olian a mucha humedad el elevador en pesimas condiciones no funcionaban los numeros le ponias el piso tres y te marcaba el uno y muy lento la pisina muy sucia con demasiada basura flotando.

en lo general bien, una renovada a las instalaciones y este hotel quedaría perfecto. Excelente ubicaión.

No tiene wifi, la habitación como que fue fumigada ya hace tiempo por que había cucarachas

Personal mal capacitado, deficientes, y hasta groseros. Las condiciones del hotel dejan mucho que desear. Cobran mucho para lo que realmente ofrecen.

No era lo que esperaba yo pregunte que si era a pie de playa y me confirmaron que si llegando al hotel fue la primera decepción la diferencia es que a la entrada del hotel hay un subterráneo que conecta con la playa. El personal es súper amable eso si nos agrado mucho e hizo agradable la estancia. En el estacionamiento vimos un ratón por la noche, al 3 el día comenzaron a salir cucarachas en el baño llame a recepción y de inmediato nos cambiaron de habitacion pero a 1 piso mas arriba donde eran habitaciones de más de 4 personas y hacían mucho ruido. La limpieza si es mucha el personal todo bien es entendible que por lo económico no sea del todo agradable pero el ratón y los bichos fue muy desagradable

Hotel looked nice when we pulled up. When I arrived at the front desk employees didn't know what to do or how to verify my reservation. Hotel didn't have any air conditioning throughout the hotel. There was air conditioning in the room but not in the hallways. Wifi didn't work very good. Gave me a pool view room when I specifically reserved a ocean view room. I was moved after I brought that to their attention. .there were small roaches in the bathroom. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I will not stay at this hotel again ever. Elevator didn't work so had to walk up or down three floors to get around the hotel. It was a ocean view room but the palm tree in front of the window blocked half the view. The beds are hard feels like you're sleeping in a woodboard. Pool had a lot of leaves needed to be cleaned. I give it 1 star because I can't give it 0.

it say free wify but no signalnin the rooms only the lobby..it doesnt have or work most of the things they say they have..we had to change hotels
