TownePlace Suites by Marriott Boulder Broomfield/Interlocken

The hotel room was in decent condition. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Should be a 2 star. No pool, hotel staff was very rude.

The room was a good size.

First the bathroom had not been cleaned around the back end of the toilet on the floor, there were stains on the bed cover, the hallway was not vacuumed well, pillows were uncomfortable, and the printer at the business center needed the ink cartridge replaced which was not done the 4 days I was there. Finally, I have had better breakfasts at a Days Inn or motel off the road. I had stayed here the previous October and thought it was reasonable. It went way down hill from that stay

It was clean and was in a good location.

No housekeeping the whole time we were there. Ran out of toilet paper at 9pm on second night. Front desk clerk told us she didn’t have the key to housekeeping closet and we should walk to Walmart to get TP. Refused to help with situation and when attempted to discuss it at check out, she flat out lied about the entire situation. I have never been so disappointed over such a small issue that could have easily been remedied. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I ever stay again. Shocked that this is part of Marriott.

The front desk staff were kind and engaged. The suite was clean and fully equipped with some exceptions. There was no telephone in the room. The HVAC alternated between giving desired warm air and blasts of cold air. The television could not be operated by the remote. Most of the time, the tv screen remained frozen with no channels available at all. Finally, there was no evidence of housekeeping visiting during my five-day stay.

Great option and will stay again!

I have a feeling that this property is about to lose its Marriott brand name. There is no signage on the building. The entrance feels like a back door. The front desk employees were curt. The elevator looks like a 10 year old service elevator, not for guest use. The room was not cleaned to a Marriott standard. The pool area is full of weeds, the outside paint is peeling. Overall the building is not properly maintained. I was happy that I was only there for one night. I don’t recommend and will not return.

There are a lot of sketchy people hanging around this place. The parking lot at night is filled with groups who obviously know each other and they are loud and boisterous. Dogs -- unattended dogs are in many rooms and they bark at every footstep or noise.

We loved having 2 separate bedrooms, comfy bedding, 3 tvs, quietness. And a kitchen. The living room ottoman has a tray top for eating. Decent bedroom lighting for reading

No issue to us really…. kitchen cabinets, bathroom dated. Elevator is dated. We did not mind.
