Excellent location in the old village square, with a great view from our 1st floor room. Very comfortable bed, good breakfast, and friendly service from Sarah, the owner. Excellent clear communication for self check-in

Wonderful B&b in the heart of the atmospheric old town Filetto. Our room was spotless and very comfortable and Sarah met us in the morning with an amazing breakfast. Really recommend breaking the walk here if you are doing the Via Francigena

"Nice place, a little noisy, more teabags needed!"

Beautiful and atmospheric old building in central square, good entry instructions, and cosy communal seating area. Nice continental breakfast

Room and bathroom quite cramped, with no teabags or bottled water provided. TV cables dangling precariously from wall. Extremely noisy children playing very loudly in square until late into the night (although they did be quiet when eventually asked!)
