It was like a small apartment!

Something happened with our room door lock and we were locked out of our room for a few hours waiting for maintenance to fix the issue

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this hotel since I wasn’t familiar with the brand or the location. From the moment I arrived, however, it was clear that this place is a hidden gem. The suites are very spacious, the customer service is extraordinary, and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. The hotel also offers safe, secure, free parking and is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive to downtown Detroit. I was especially impressed by the impeccable service provided by Lillie and Lanesse. From check-in onward, they were warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure I had a great stay. What stood out most was how consistently they treated every guest with the same level of care and attention. That kind of service is rare these days, and when you experience it, it’s truly refreshing. I loved my stay at this hotel and will definitely be back.
