TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown

The refrigerator was a bit crap.

Great location & friendly staff.

Housekeeping didn't come till the 3rd day and only because I asked. No pool.

Excellent

Seems a bit older, but it was clean and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was not clean

Parking lot was really nice. Toilet seat and lid should be replaced

I've stayed at this hotel I believe 2 or 3 times before but in the single typical hotel rooms all of which have been good quality for the price. This time I got one of their two room "suites" so a friend and I could stay together and the room was far from a "suite". Furniture was dingy, dirty, and beat up, the carpet had what i'm assuming was a baking soda type stain, my bedroom main dresser had a broken drawer, the shower head was super loose and leaking water at the pipe connection to the point i had to hand tightening it to stop most of the leak and worst of all the shower/tub had standing water when taking a shower! I notified the front desk person the next morning about all of this and the only thing they did was tighten the shower head more...maybe. The bathroom linens felt stale like they had been in the room for quite some time. Needless to say this was the most disappointing stay I've had at this hotel and at a much higher cost. Bed was clean, but pillows too soft for me at least and we stayed thursday night through monday and only cleaning/changeout...we thought we'd get one more at least. It's not the easiest hotel to find but its in a good location. I don't know if there's been major staffing changes since i last stayed here (probably a year or two) but I hope things improve although can't say i'll opt for the double room "suite" again.

Nice place No compaints

The lobby is pretty much non-existent. The rooms are clean, plenty of room, but a bit rough on the edges. It was very quiet and very friendly staff.
